Thank you for purchasing products or services from AI Promptis, owned and operated by QORT INC. We strive to provide excellent digital products and services to our customers. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and the circumstances under which refunds will be issued.

1. Scope of Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold by AI Promptis, including:

  • AI-generated content (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media prompts)
  • Premium AI prompt packs
  • Subscription-based services

Please note that due to the nature of digital products and services, which are intangible and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.


2. General Refund Conditions

2.1 Non-Refundable Products and Services

All purchases of digital products and services from AI Promptis are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • AI-generated content and prompt packs
  • Subscription fees for premium services

We do not provide refunds or credits for any reason, except as specified under certain conditions outlined in this policy or required by applicable Indian law.

2.2 Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing purchased products, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your knowledge or consent, you may request a refund after verification by our support team.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If the product you receive differs from the product description or intended purchase, you may request a refund.

Refund requests for these exceptions must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.


3. Procedure for Requesting Refunds

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at ai@aipromptis.com within 7 days of your purchase, providing the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation (for technical issues or incorrect product delivery)

3.2 Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.


4. Cancellations and Subscription Refunds

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a recurring service (such as monthly or yearly subscriptions), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

4.2 No Partial Refunds for Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription.


5. Refunds for Legal Compliance

5.1 Indian Consumer Protection Laws

Our Refund Policy complies with The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), which protects consumers against unfair trade practices, defective products, and substandard services.

In cases where Indian law requires a refund, we will comply with such requirements. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions applicable at the time of the claim.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute for a transaction with your payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account or future access to our services.

To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
